In my last post I was writing about the power of writing a list and how it marks intention. Let’s revisit that last part: intention, what you want to do, mean to do, or know you should do. Writing it down is a start. How do you make it happen? Here are some ideas to give your list some umph.
1. Rewards. Set up a reward to help motivate you when you finish your list. Don’t forget to celebrate the half-way mark too. Part of a list is better than none.
2. Cue and Triggers. As with any habit, think about the cues and triggers that affect your behavior. How can you change your environment so you’ll be more aware of what is driving your actions? If you always skip the last two items on your list regardless of what they are because you automatically think that you’ve done enough for today, maybe you could move those items up to the top at the beginning of the day.
3. Sort. Maybe those wishful thinking items should go on a different list? Do you want to divide items by project or by type of task? All phone calls first?
4. Explain. If you’re really stuck on an item, maybe you need more words. Write a quick journal entry about what it would look like when you complete this task breaking down each part. Once you have it fixed in your mind and have worked through all the potential problems, it will seem like a breeze when you actually do it.
5. Share. You conquered your impossible to-do list, shout it out! Tell your co-worker, your boss, your spouse, your babysitter, your mother. Be proud! Be ready to do it again and remember how good it feels.
Does your list include “sell my annuity?” If it does, you should talk to a buyer of structured settlement annuities. It will feel great when you check that one off your list.

While it was not as warm out today, it was still a beautiful mild day. In my last post I mentioned a few things to do outside, but I neglected one of favorite things. Like a lot of people in my city, I enjoy sitting on the patio at my favorite restaurant or coffee shop. I could be meeting friends, enjoying their companion fueled by the rays or I could by myself sitting quietly with a book or journal. I could be in my neighborhood or on a trip, it doesn’t really matter; either way, I feel apart from the everyday, relaxed, and reenergized.
What is it about sitting on a patio on a nice day? The food tastes better. The people watching is colorful. Everyone just seems to be in a better mood. Let’s call it the sunshine effect. People come out for it.
If you’re looking for a change of scenery or jolt to your everyday routine, try meeting a friend on a patio under a bright blue sky. See if that doesn’t perk you up. If you’re in need of a major reshift, why not decide to find out more about how to get cash for structured settlements? Maybe it’s time to ask, “how do I sell my annuity?”

Given the turmoil in the housing market over the last few years, it seems odd to be reporting good news. But, with every dark cloud, there is a silver lining. If you have good credit it is more attractive than ever to buy a house, assuming you are able to sell your current place. Low interest rates are tempting those who may not have seriously considered moving in the past.
I just heard that a family member in another big city across the state has just purchased a new home. Her family is growing and the cute 1940s bungalow near the city just isn’t big enough or close enough to other family. The new place promises to fit her needs (more rooms) and is located a few miles from her mother. On this side of the state, my own sister has just started remodeling her own house, planning to sell it and buy a larger home in a different neighborhood with a preferable school district.
I’m excited for both of them and their ability to take advantage of this opportunity to buy. They are shaping their lives to fit their goals and ideals, setting the future for their children. What would it take for you to do the same? Perhaps it is time to find out more about how to sell annuity payments. Tell them to “sell my annuity” now and in exchange you’ll have cash in hand.

Happy Valentine’s Day to you. I hope you took a moment today to tell someone close to you how much they mean to you, even if you’re not into the whole chocolates and roses thing. As hokey and corny as Valentine’s Day can become, I do appreciate designating a day to check in with those special people in your life.
Luckily, you don’t have to spend a lot of money since it’s really the thought behind it that counts. I’ve always treasured the handmade card over the store-bought one. A simple paper heart or handwritten poem is special without all of the other trappings.
This is the day to savor the sweetness of love, and if you have them, chocolates and flowers. Listen to love songs, watch romantic comedies, and be okay with acting a little corny.
If it’s cash that is keeping your V-day a little too mellow, you might want to ask how to sell my annuity. A structured settlement buyer can walk you through the process before you can even ask “if you’ll be mine.”

I used to live in a duplex about three blocks from my current house. My duplex neighbors crammed their entire three-person family into a space smaller than my side of the duplex where I lived with just my dog. They moved from there to a loft in a big remodeled industrial building near downtown. There is no grass or lawn, but the sprawling building provides its own comforts and amenities including a roof-top pool, concierge, convenience store, coffee shop, dry cleaner and more. After four years of loft living, they are again looking for grass–preferably in a good school district.
That’s right, it’s time for the kid to go to kindergarten and the hip inner-city vibe isn’t nearly as attractive. Aligning the right school with the right house is a daunting task, add making sure they can afford on it on two teaching salaries and you have the makings of a very tense housing search. After an exhaustive search and research on every one of the variables, I think they have it narrowed down.
Choosing the right school/house/community for your children is a big decision. Are you living in the right neighborhood for your family? What would you need if you had to make a change? Are you asking if you need to “sell my annuity?” A buyer of structured settlement annuity can help you get the process started, so you can worry about other things, like kindergarten.

So far, the weather this January has included sunny warm days, frigid nights, windy blustery afternoons, and everything in between. What we have not had, however, is a consistently cold month. It seems that every day brings a completely different climate. Sometimes cold, mild, or even hot.
Today, we spent the morning outside enjoying the balmy weather. Later this week we may bundle up and have to locate gloves and hats. The weather seems as changeable and unpredictable as ever, from shorts to sweaters and back again.
If this kind of yo-yo-ing reminds you of your monthly bank account, maybe it’s time to find some stability. While I appreciate the variety in my weekly weather forecast, I need some solid numbers when it comes to planning my monetary future. Maybe it’s time to find out more about how to sell my annuity? I could get cash for structured settlements now. That’s one forecast I can count on.

Believe it or not, January is more than half over. How are things going this year? Are you making any progress on your resolutions? Is this year really going to be different? What do you see as your major obstacles to making progress?
For a majority of us, money and time might top that list of obstacles to overcome. If you’re like me, you never have enough of either. I can’t print money or manufacture time, but I can be responsible with what I have and be creative with how I get it. Rather than thinking of money and time as elusive entities that I can never capture, I consider them to be precious resources that I must take care of. How can I divide them each in such a way that helps me meet my other goals? How can I care for my money and time so that they help nurture me?
That’s right, I said nurture. You need your money and your time to be around for you when times are tough. What do you think of that? You can begin by thinking creatively about how to gather the resources that you need. You may ask, “how do I sell my annuity?” That’s a good place to start. A buyer of structured settlement payments can talk you through the process so you’ll have cash on hand.

The first week of the new year is almost over and yet I haven’t mentioned New Year’s Resolutions. Usually I work on those the week before the New Year, but this year I was busy, so I’m just now getting around to it. Here are my top 3 resolutions.
1. Be healthy. I’m going to make more of an effort to eat healthy and be active. I’m off to a great start so far!
2. Cultivate relationships. Being close to friends and family takes work. I need to make sure I put in the effort if I want to reap the rewards.
3. Pursue financial opportunities. I could just write, “make more money,” but that seems too vague. Opportunities are out there, I need to be open to new possibilities and willing to do something about it.
These are top three. Check back tomorrow for more. If #3 was at the top of your list, you may be asking yourself how to “sell my annuity?” If you want to get cash for structured settlement payments, you should talk to a buyer of structured settlements now and start working your way down your list.

Tonight I will make my annual appearance at my husband’s Christmas party. This is my chance to meet and mingle with his coworkers. We run through the same conversations each year, but still it’s good to get out. The party is also an excuse to get dressed up and feel like we’re doing something special. Last year, I was terribly uncomfortable being extremely pregnant perched on cocktail bar stools in a room set up for mingling, not sitting. This year we have a babysitter. What a difference a year makes! I can’t believe the time has flown by so fast.
If you’re making plans for the next year or looking back over what you had hoped to accomplish this year, but didn’t, you might want to rethink a few assumptions about structured settlements. Maybe it’s time to ask yourself how to sell my annuity? A structured settlement buyer can walk you through the process. You could be on your way to a promising new year in no time.

The leaves on the tree across the street erupted in a brilliant gold for a week, then fell dramatically all off in a few days. Fall was officially here. Now that even the remnants of those leaves have been crunched under our daily tread and worn away, we are approaching winter. I’ve had enough Pumpkin Lattes to say they are no longer new and I’m starting to transition to hot chocolate, my second favorite drink of the season. We even bought our first carton of eggnog, the true beverage of the season.
Even though it’s early December, I feel Christmas right around the corner, the New Year’s follows quickly. We’re in the countdown for the end of the year. The bright crisp cold days are a pleasant reminder to me of the impending holidays. They energize me for the quick sprint to come, that mad dash to the end when everything happens at the same time.
If your list of things to do before the end of the year includes finding out more about structured settlements, you should talk to a structured settlement buyer about how to sell my annuity. Time to get started before 2012 is here.
